YOU know how to picnic! Take three.

I'm continually amazed by your talent.  I want to throw a big huge picnic bash at the end of summer and combine every single idea linked up to the "Life's a Picnic!" party!  Really.  I do!  Of course, that would mean wearing multiple outfits (but everyone has dramatic wardrobe changes during events, right?) and a very eclectic menu, but by golly - I do eclectic well.

Would you like to see some things I love?  I thought so.

Lunch in a Bucket - The Lady Behind the Curtain
Oh, so cute!  Each picnic guest receives his or her own fully loaded lunch bucket!  What a great idea for a birthday or wedding rehearsal dinner!  She even provides a link to all those super cute labels so all you have to do is print them out and tape them on!  Easy as pie!  And we all know how much I love little themed buckets and boxes and such!  Like, ok, look at this baby:

Birthday in a Suitcase by funkytime
I may have gasped when I first saw this.  First of all, AWESOME.  I can't describe the awesomeness of turning a gross old suitcase into... well, THIS.  Secondly, I have never done anything that cool for my hubby for his birthday.  Well, not since we got married anyway.  Is this funkytime person showing us up?  I don't even care, the whole thing is so cool.  And all wrapped up in a neat little package.  As are:

Roll-Up Picnic Placemats by Sew Can Do
You all.  She seriously made a set of placemats that are reversible and have an elasticized pocket and they roll all up super cute and compact and you tie them shut!!  I know!  And she even tells you how to do it.  With pictures!  I'm making these.  For sure.  And we may just use them at the dinner table, too, because they are that cute.

You see?  Great things DO come in small packages.

I'd love it if you'd plop my featured button up somewhere, guys!

And that, my friends, is how you picnic!  Don't forget to link your own stuff!  This party is going strong all summer long!
