Major Chaos

Link up to the ATW Snapshot Linky 4!  Ends Tuesday!

Don't miss my giveaway!  Ends Monday!

We've undertaken a major DIY project this week.  Major.  My mr. and I... we don't really do the major home remodel-y stuff.  Aside from paint and put up a fence in the back, we've done nothing.

This weekend, we've been thrown into chaos - more than usual.  And there is no end in sight.  Ok, there is.  It's Friday.  But still.

More on that later.

And now, for scavenger hunt Sunday, at Ramblings and Photos.

High Key
I didn't know what this was, and had to ask my photographer sister.  So I did one in b/w and a similar but different photo in color.  Not sure I love either, but I am kind of liking the fun colors that came out when I adjusted the color one.

Bedroom
This is not my bedroom.  This is the family room.  But it will act as our bedroom until Friday.  When the chaos is over.  Notice the absence of furniture, the crazy cords, the painters tape...
Something Tiny
mini's little shoes next to mr's big clodhoppers.
And a bonus "something tiny..."
While at my parent's, I asked my mom for something tiny and she came back with an itty bitty pencil.  I put it next to the normal pencil for scale.  I wanted to do something different, since this was my second attempt at tiny, so I adjusted the black and white, upped the contrast and inverted it.
Off in the Distance
A stretch, I know.  Both of the distance shots I thought I'd use did NOT turn out.  So here we have K, off in the distance in the cold outside while I am inside nice and warm.  Although I think what we should focus on here are the summery balloons and the beach floaty, on a mountain of snow.  Spring is still OFF IN THE DISTANCE.
Stripes
mini's striped legs.  I love her striped legs...

  4. I love both of your tiny shots! These are great...the little baby shoes are precious and I think the inversion on the other tiny shot was really clever. It turned out great. :)
